Cahit TURHAN<\/strong>, <strong>Ministro dei trasporti e Infrastrutture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il sistema consente di monitorare il traffico marittimo dell&#8217;area.<\/p>\n<p>La soluzione italiana \u00e8 composta da due sottosistemi: il <strong>Vessel Traffic Services System Regionale<\/strong><strong> &#8211; RVTSS<\/strong> che monitora i golfi di Izmit, Izmir e Mersin, caratterizzati da un <strong>intenso traffico navale<\/strong> di merci e persone; il <strong>Vessel Traffic Management Centre<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; VTMC<\/strong> installato ad Ankara, grazie al quale \u00e8 possibile disporre di un quadro integrato e completo del traffico in mare. Il primo sito di Izmit \u00e8 stato ufficialmente aperto a novembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Il sistema di controllo del traffico marittimo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/-\/vtms-vessel_traffic_management_and_information_system\"> Vessel Traffic Management System &#8211; VTMS<\/a> di <strong> Leonardo <\/strong>\u00e8 una soluzione avanzata capace di garantire <strong>la sicurezza delle coste<\/strong> e dei <strong>confini<\/strong> <strong>marittimi<\/strong> di ampie <strong>aree geografiche <\/strong>e il <strong>monitoraggio<\/strong> dell&#8217;<strong>ambiente marittimo <\/strong>e <strong>supportare<\/strong> le <strong>operazioni di soccorso e<\/strong> <strong>ricerca<\/strong> (<strong>SAR<\/strong>) in mare.<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>VTMS<\/strong> \u00e8 disponibile in versione fissa e mobile ed \u00e8 in grado di assicurare la copertura e la gestione di vaste zone, come il bacino del Mediterraneo che, con oltre 7000 chilometri di costa monitorati.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inaugurato a Izmir, in Turchia, il nuovo centro di supporto alla navigazione e al traffico marittimo realizzato da Leonardo.
