{"id":3433,"date":"2019-02-28T07:48:40","date_gmt":"2019-02-28T06:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=3433"},"modified":"2019-02-24T17:58:42","modified_gmt":"2019-02-24T16:58:42","slug":"aeroporto-bologna-operativo-il-nuovo-training-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=3433","title":{"rendered":"AEROPORTO BOLOGNA: OPERATIVO IL NUOVO TRAINING CENTER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c8 stato inaugurato, la settimana scorsa alla presenza dell\u2019<strong>assessore al Lavoro e alle Attivit\u00e0 produttive del Comune di Bologna Marco Lombardo<\/strong>, il <strong>Training Center<\/strong> dell\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bologna-airport.it\/\">Aeroporto Marconi<\/a> di <strong>Bologna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La nuova struttura, che occupa una <strong>superficie complessiva di 430 metri quadrati, con 4 sale corsi per un totale di 72 posti<\/strong>, <strong>21 postazio<\/strong>ni pc ed altre <strong>attrezzature multimediali<\/strong>, <strong>sala riunioni<\/strong> e <strong>uffici dei formatori<\/strong>, \u00e8 stata realizzata da <strong>AdB<\/strong> per concentrare in un\u2019unica sede tutti gli eventi formativi dell\u2019aeroporto: non solo quelli dedicati al personale di <strong>AdB<\/strong>, ma anche di handlers, retailers, Enti di Stato, Compagnie aeree.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cObiettivo del nuovo Training Center \u00e8 quello di divenire il <strong>punto di riferimento per la formazione di tutta la Comunit\u00e0 aeroportuale<\/strong><\/em><strong> \u2013 <\/strong>si legge nella nota diffusa dalla societ\u00e0 di gestione dello scalo bolognese -. <em>La <strong>formazione continua<\/strong> \u00e8 infatti uno dei punti di forza della gestione del personale aeroportuale, sia in funzione dell\u2019inserimento in azienda di nuovi lavoratori sia per l\u2019aggiornamento di chi \u00e8 gi\u00e0 in azienda, con particolare attenzione ai temi della Security, della Safety, dell\u2019assistenza ai passeggeri a ridotta mobilit\u00e0 e allo sviluppo di competenze manageriali ai diversi livelli\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nel 2018 le <strong>ore di formazione erogate in aeroporto<\/strong> ai soli dipendenti di AdB sono state <strong>circa 15 mila<\/strong>, con oltre <strong>4.500 partecipanti complessivi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c8 stato inaugurato, la settimana scorsa alla presenza dell\u2019assessore al Lavoro e alle Attivit\u00e0 produttive del Comune di Bologna Marco<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3434,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[32,3],"tags":[2208,1577,2209],"class_list":["post-3433","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-prima-pagina","category-industria","tag-aeroporto-marconi-di-bologna","tag-formazione","tag-training-center"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>AEROPORTO BOLOGNA: OPERATIVO IL NUOVO TRAINING CENTER &#187;
