From <strong>9th to 13th of Septembe<\/strong>r this bi-annual show will be held in <strong>ExCel exhibition centre<\/strong> in <strong>London<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INDIGO<\/strong>: <strong>ITS BV<\/strong> has been working hard on a versatile <strong>image sensor fusion platform<\/strong> with extreme low latency. Production has now commenced and early adopting customers already have integrated the platform in several systems which are presently being certified.<\/p>\n<p>This platform is called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its-hightech.nl\/producten\/defensie\/indigo-defensie\/\">INDIGO<\/a> and features a <strong>low light level CMOS<\/strong> <strong>camera<\/strong> and provisions for connecting any <strong>thermal<\/strong> core. The powerful fusion algorithms on the platform make extreme <strong>low<\/strong> <strong>latency fusion<\/strong> possible. On top of that the platform runs <strong>embedded<\/strong> <strong>Linux<\/strong> and therefore all <strong>camera<\/strong> functionality is accessible for developers and system designers. Another USP of the platform is that it is <strong>easy customizable<\/strong> to customer specifications. A wide range of thermal cores can be connected. On top of that a later release of the company makes it possible to connect the thermal front end only so reduced size of the sensor head is possible. Furthermore the platform offers <strong>On Screen Display &#8211; OSD<\/strong> and various additional video processing features such as <strong>ShadowBoost\u2122<\/strong> for extended dynamic range in the darkest parts of a scene, without compromising the rest of the scene. Output signals available on this platform are <strong>HD-SDI<\/strong>, <strong>PAL<\/strong>, <strong>Cameralink<\/strong> and direct <strong>OLED display<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.its-hightech.nl\/technologie\/quartz\/\">QUARTZ<\/a>: The second development that will be released during <strong>DSEI 19<\/strong> is a camera platform that has especially been designed for reduced <strong>SWaP<\/strong>. This platform\u2019s default configuration is with a ruggedized connector that connects to an <strong>SXGA<\/strong>, full colour, customizable <strong>OLED<\/strong> <strong>display<\/strong> <strong>PCB<\/strong>. Specifically designed to connect any camera (<strong>CMOS<\/strong>, <strong>Thermal<\/strong>, <strong>SWIR<\/strong>) through the <strong>20 pins LVDS<\/strong> connector for easy integration into hand held systems. <strong>PULSATRIX<\/strong>, the <strong>ICMOS<\/strong> <strong>night vision<\/strong> camera core, developed by <strong>ITS BV<\/strong>, can also be connected to the platform. The platform runs a powerful <strong>Cyclone 5 FPGA<\/strong> that is capable of running the same features as the indigo platform above, with reduced <strong>SWaP<\/strong>. <strong>Onboard LPDDR<\/strong> <strong>memory<\/strong> supports the platform\u2019s low power consumption. Image sensor fusion is also possible on this platform as well as <strong>OSD<\/strong> for reticules, moving text etc. The <strong>OLED PCB <\/strong>also has support for external (button) inputs to control the internal menu and OSD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ITS BV<\/strong> develops and manufacturers high tech <strong>camera electronics\/components for<\/strong> <strong>Night Vision<\/strong>, Thermal and image sensor fusion cameras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Dutch high tech camera development and manufacturing company Innovative Technical Solutions BV &#8211;
