{"id":5870,"date":"2019-08-05T04:07:27","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T03:07:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=5870"},"modified":"2026-01-29T19:51:04","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T18:51:04","slug":"esa-sara-di-airbus-il-componente-ue-del-satellite-smile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=5870","title":{"rendered":"ESA: SAR\u00c0 DI AIRBUS IL COMPONENTE UE DEL SATELLITE SMILE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esa.int\/\">Agenzia Spaziale Europea &#8211; ESA<\/a> ha selezionato Airbus per la realizzazione del componente europeo del <strong>satellite SMILE &#8211; Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SMILE<\/strong> sar\u00e0 la prima <strong>missione satellitare<\/strong> congiunta <strong>ESA <\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/english.cas.cn\/\">Accademia Cinese delle Scienze &#8211; CAS<\/a> dopo il successo della <strong>missione Double Star\/Tan Ce<\/strong>, che si \u00e8 svolta tra il 2003 e il 2008.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;obiettivo di SMILE \u00e8 quello di <strong>studiare e comprendere la meteorologia dello spazio<\/strong>, ovvero i processi fisici che regolano l\u2019interazione continua tra le particelle del <strong>vento solar<\/strong>e e la <strong>magnetosfera<\/strong>, il <strong>campo magnetico<\/strong> che preserva la <strong>vita sulla Terra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La missione sta ora entrando in una fase di <strong>quattro anni<\/strong> dedicata alla <strong>costruzione<\/strong>, al <strong>collaudo<\/strong> e all&#8217;<strong>integrazione del payload <\/strong>e della <strong>piattaforma<\/strong>. Nella configurazione di lancio, questi due componenti formeranno un unico insieme alto 3,15 m.<\/p>\n<p>Con una <strong>massa di 2.200 kg<\/strong>, il <strong>satellite<\/strong> si collocher\u00e0 in un&#8217;orbita ellittica molto inclinata attorno alla Terra. Il suo <strong>perigeo, <\/strong>da cui trasmetter\u00e0 i dati alla <strong>stazione di terra di Troll<\/strong>, in <strong>Antartide<\/strong>, e di <strong>Sanya<\/strong>, stazione del <strong>CAS<\/strong> in <strong>Cina<\/strong>, sar\u00e0 situato a una distanza di <strong>5.000 km<\/strong> e il suo <strong>apogeo a 121.000 km<\/strong>. Da questa posizione il satellite potr\u00e0 osservare in modo prolungato <strong>le regioni del<\/strong> <strong>Polo Nord terrestre<\/strong> e raccogliere <strong>immagini<\/strong> del confine del <strong>campo magnetico<\/strong> <strong>terrestre<\/strong> e dell&#8217;<strong>aurora boreale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il modulo di payload sar\u00e0 realizzato presso il sito <strong>Airbus di Madrid<\/strong>, dove sar\u00e0 integrata la strumentazione. La <strong>piattaforma<\/strong> verr\u00e0 invece realizzata a <strong>Shanghai<\/strong>. Questi due componenti saranno quindi integrati e testati presso il <strong>Centro europeo di tecnologia spaziale dell&#8217;ESA<\/strong> da un team multinazionale.<\/p>\n<p>Il payload scientifico comprender\u00e0 quattro strumenti: l\u2019<strong>imager<\/strong> <strong>a raggi x<\/strong> <strong>molli<\/strong> fornir\u00e0 misurazioni eccezionali nelle regioni di impatto tra il <strong>vento solare<\/strong> e la <strong>magnetosfera<\/strong>; l&#8217;<strong>imager a ultravioletti <\/strong>studier\u00e0 la <strong>distribuzione dell&#8217;aurora boreale sul pianeta<\/strong>; l&#8217;analizzatore di ioni di luce misurer\u00e0 le particelle di energia presenti nel vento solare; infine, il <strong>magnetometro<\/strong> valuter\u00e0 le variazioni del <strong>campo magnetico locale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;attuale programma prevede il <strong>lancio del satellite nel 2023<\/strong>, tramite uno dei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.avio.com\/\">lanciatori europei Vega-C o Ariane 62<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Agenzia Spaziale Europea &#8211;
