Con riferimento all\u2019input di lavoro, nello stesso periodo, per le ore lavorate si osserva una lieve diminuzione su base congiunturale (-0,1%) e un rallentamento della crescita in termini tendenziali (+0,4%). Queste dinamiche del mercato del lavoro si inseriscono in una fase di sostanziale ristagno dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 economica confermata, nell\u2019ultimo trimestre, da una variazione congiunturale nulla del Pil<\/em>\u201d. A dirlo \u00e8 l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.istat.it\/\">Istituto Nazionale di Statistica \u2013 ISTAT<\/a> con la sua tradizionale <strong>nota mensile<\/strong> <strong>sull\u2019occupazione italiana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dal lato dell\u2019<strong>offerta di lavoro<\/strong>, nel <strong>secondo trimestre 19<\/strong> il numero di <strong>persone occupate<\/strong> cresce in <strong>termini congiunturali <\/strong>(+130 mila, +0,6%), a seguito dell\u2019aumento dei <strong>dipendenti<\/strong>, sia <strong>permanenti<\/strong> sia <strong>a termine<\/strong>, e con minore intensit\u00e0 degli <strong>indipendenti<\/strong>. Il <strong>tasso di occupazione<\/strong> sale al 59,1% (+0,3 punti). Nei dati mensili di <strong>luglio<\/strong>, al netto della <strong>stagionalit\u00e0<\/strong>, il <strong>tasso di occupazione<\/strong> e il <strong>numero di occupati<\/strong> mostrano un lieve calo rispetto al mese precedente.<\/p>\n<p>Nell\u2019andamento tendenziale prosegue a ritmi meno sostenuti la crescita del <strong>numero di occupati<\/strong> (+0,3%, +78 mila in un anno), dovuta ai <strong>dipendenti permanenti<\/strong> a fronte del calo di quelli <strong>a termine<\/strong> e degli <strong>indipendenti<\/strong>; l\u2019incidenza dei dipendenti a termine sul totale dei dipendenti scende al 17,2% (-0,2 punti in un anno). Dopo il rallentamento nell\u2019ultimo periodo, si arresta la crescita degli <strong>occupati a tempo pieno<\/strong> mentre prosegue l\u2019aumento del <strong>tempo parziale<\/strong>; l\u2019incidenza del <strong>part time involontario<\/strong> \u00e8 stimata al 64,8% dei <strong>lavoratori a<\/strong> <strong>tempo parziale<\/strong> (+1,2 punti).<\/p>\n<p>Alla crescita dell\u2019<strong>occupazione<\/strong> soprattutto nel <strong>Nord<\/strong> e pi\u00f9 lievemente nel <strong>Centro<\/strong> (+0,7% e +0,1%, rispettivamente) si contrappone, per il <strong>terzo trimestre<\/strong> consecutivo, il calo nel <strong>Mezzogiorno<\/strong> (-0,3%).<\/p>\n<p>Nel <strong>confronto tendenziale<\/strong>, per il nono trimestre consecutivo si riduce il numero di <strong>disoccupati<\/strong> (-260 mila in un anno, -9,3%), coinvolgendo entrambi i <strong>generi<\/strong>, le diverse aree territoriali e tutte le <strong>classi di et\u00e0<\/strong>. Dopo due trimestri di calo, torna ad aumentare il numero di <strong>inattivi di 15-64 anni<\/strong> (+63 mila in un anno, +0,5%).<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>tasso di disoccupazione<\/strong> \u00e8 in diminuzione sia rispetto al trimestre precedente sia in confronto a un anno prima; tale andamento si associa alla <strong>stabilit\u00e0 congiunturale<\/strong> e alla crescita tendenziale del <strong>tasso di<\/strong> <strong>inattivit\u00e0<\/strong> delle <strong>persone con 15-64 anni<\/strong>.
