I giovani saranno coinvolti attraverso la sfida dell\u2019<strong>Innovathon<\/strong>, <strong>un <\/strong><em><strong>hackathon<\/strong><\/em> della durata di<strong> 48 ore<\/strong> che per Leonardo rappresenta una delle metodologie pi\u00f9 adatte a stimolare <strong>nuove idee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa nuova competizione \u00e8 uno strumento di <strong>Open Innovation<\/strong> pensato per lanciare nuove sfide tecnologiche, attingendo anche a contributi esterni. Leonardo gi\u00e0 investe <strong>circa il 12% dei ricavi annui in Ricerca &amp; Sviluppo<\/strong>, e intende promuovere e realizzare soluzioni creative destinate all\u2019applicazione in prodotti e servizi<\/em> \u2013 si legge nella nota diffusa dall\u2019azienda italiana -. <em>Due giorni di adrenalina, insomma, in cui i partecipanti si metteranno in gioco all\u2019insegna della <strong>tecnologia<\/strong>, dell\u2019<strong>innovazione<\/strong> e delle <strong>soft skills\u201d<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La maratona di idee lanciata da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\">Leonardo<\/a>, fra le prime dieci aziende a livello globale nel <strong>settore dell\u2019Aerospazio, Difesa &amp; Sicurezza<\/strong>, \u00e8 una sfida in cui gli studenti saranno chiamati a realizzare un <strong>progetto innovativo<\/strong>, attingendo al proprio bagaglio di conoscenze tecniche, allenando <strong>creativit\u00e0<\/strong>, <strong>spirito di adattamento<\/strong>, <strong>capacit\u00e0 di <\/strong><em><strong>problem solving<\/strong><\/em> e <strong>attitudine al <\/strong><em><strong>teamworking<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Nel corso delle due giornate i partecipanti si confronteranno con professionisti, esperti del settore e <em>mentor<\/em>, e saranno chiamati a sviluppare <strong>soluzioni per la gestione delle attivit\u00e0 in situazioni di emergenza<\/strong>, ideando strumenti di supporto ai soccorritori e <strong>progettando il prototipo funzionante di un mezzo autonomo per la ricognizione di un\u2019area in condizioni critiche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Alla <em><strong>challenge<\/strong><\/em> potranno partecipare, iscrivendosi singolarmente o in team composti da un massimo di <strong>quattro persone<\/strong>, <strong>studenti<\/strong> <strong>universitari<\/strong> e <strong>laureati<\/strong> dal gennaio 18 in discipline <strong>STEM &#8211; <\/strong><em><strong>Science<\/strong><\/em><strong><em>, Technologies, Engineering, Mathematics<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019appuntamento \u00e8 fissato per il <strong>16 e 17 novembre al Talent Garden Ostiense di Roma<\/strong>.
