Che si tratti di un evento meteorologico estremo o di un\u2019alluvione, di una frana, un terremoto o un\u2019eruzione vulcanica, sar\u00e0 possibile informare coloro che si trovano nelle vicinanze del pericolo imminente, fornendo anche indicazioni sulle procedure di emergenza e sui soccorsi. E\u2019 questo lo scopo di <strong>\u201cIT-Alert<\/strong>\u201d, la nuova piattaforma sviluppata dal <strong>Dipartimento della Protezione Civile<\/strong>, attualmente in fase di sperimentazione e che sar\u00e0 operativa dal luglio del prossimo anno.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti i dettagli su questo servizio saranno presentati in occasione di \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.technologyforall.it\/\">Technology for All \u2013 TFA 2019<\/a>\u201d, VI edizione del forum dedicato all\u2019innovazione tecnologica per il territorio, l\u2019ambiente e i beni culturali.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019evento, che vede anche la partecipazione di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spazio-news.it\/\">Spazio-News Magazine<\/a> in qualit\u00e0 di <a href=\"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/spazio-news-magazine-e-media-partner-di-technology-for-all-2019\">media partner<\/a>, si svolger\u00e0 nei giorni <strong>4 &#8211; 6 dicembre<\/strong> prossimi a <strong>Roma<\/strong> presso l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vigilfuoco.it\/\">Istituto Superiore Antincendi &#8211; ISA,<\/a> la scuola di alta qualificazione del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vigilfuoco.it\/\">Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.technologyforall.it\/\">TFA 2019<\/a> parteciperanno circa 80 relatori di enti, universit\u00e0 e aziende specializzate. Tra i protagonisti del forum, <strong>nuove soluzioni hi-tech <\/strong>come i <strong>laser scanner<\/strong>, <strong>georadar<\/strong> <strong>3D<\/strong>, <strong>droni<\/strong>, <strong>sistemi<\/strong> <strong>di navigazione e<\/strong> <strong>posizionamento<\/strong>, <strong>immagini satellitari<\/strong> e <strong>realt\u00e0 virtuale e<\/strong> <strong>aumentata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>nuovo sistema<\/strong> \u201c<strong>IT-Alert<\/strong>\u201d, similmente a quanto gi\u00e0 realizzato in altri Paesi europei e non, consentir\u00e0 di agganciare tutti i <strong>cellulari<\/strong> presenti nella <strong>zona<\/strong> interessata dall\u2019<strong>emergenza <\/strong>e di <strong>inviare un sms d\u2019allerta<\/strong> e le indicazioni per <strong>evitare pericoli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Potr\u00e0 essere attivato a livello centrale, ma anche dal singolo <strong>sindaco<\/strong> dell\u2019area colpita.<\/p>\n<p>Sar\u00e0 anche disponibile una <strong>app<\/strong> per gli <strong>smartphone<\/strong> che, tramite la <strong>geolocalizzazione<\/strong>, proporr\u00e0 informazioni aggiornate e personalizzate sugli eventuali rischi.<\/p>\n<p>Questo sistema sar\u00e0 illustrato dal <strong>Dipartimento della Protezione Civile<\/strong> nella prima sessione di \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.technologyforall.it\/\">Technology for All 2019<\/a>\u201d, che prevede anche la presentazione del <strong>geoportale<\/strong> dei <strong>Vigili del Fuoco<\/strong> per le <strong>emergenze<\/strong>, del nuovo satellite \u201c<strong>Prisma<\/strong>\u201d sviluppato dall\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.asi.it\/\">Agenzia Spaziale Italiana &#8211; ASI<\/a> per il monitoraggio dei <strong>cambiamenti ambientali<\/strong> e la gestione delle risorse naturali, della <strong>piattaforma<\/strong> \u201c<strong>Aware<\/strong>\u201d di <strong>e-Geos<\/strong> per il controllo e la gestione di attivit\u00e0 e infrastrutture critiche, e dei <strong>servizi<\/strong> <strong>geoinformativi<\/strong> di <strong>Planetek<\/strong> per il monitoraggio dell\u2019evoluzione della <strong>superficie<\/strong> <strong>terrestre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il programma di \u201c<strong>TFA 2019<\/strong>\u201d sar\u00e0 aperto gioved\u00ec 5 dicembre dalla conferenza inaugurale, con la presenza delle autorit\u00e0, a cui seguiranno sei sessioni dedicate a <strong>osservazione della Terra<\/strong>, <strong>sicurezza<\/strong> del territorio, <strong>geolocalizzazione<\/strong> e <strong>mapping<\/strong>, <strong>servizi 5G<\/strong>, <strong>dati geospaziali<\/strong>, <strong>droni<\/strong> per il <strong>monitoraggio delle infrastrutture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La seconda giornata di venerd\u00ec <strong>6 dicembre<\/strong> prevede invece altre 8 sessioni dedicate ai kit di <strong>monitoraggio sul campo<\/strong>, <strong>gestione dei beni culturali<\/strong>, <strong>BIM &#8211; Building Information Modeling, sistemi <\/strong><strong>realt\u00e0 aumentata, virtuale e mista<\/strong>, <strong>GIS &#8211; Geographic Information System<\/strong>, <strong>immagini <\/strong><strong>satellitari<\/strong>, tecnologie sostenibili per ingegneria e archeologia.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre alle sessioni congressuali, il forum prevede anche un\u2019area espositiva con gli stand di enti di ricerca e aziende specializzate, oltre ad un\u2019area all\u2019aperto per le dimostrazioni operative.<\/p>\n<p>Il forum \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.technologyforall.it\/\">Technology for All<\/a>\u201d, organizzato da <strong>MediaGEO<\/strong> in collaborazione con il <strong>Corpo Nazionale <\/strong><strong>dei Vigili del Fuoco<\/strong>, ha ricevuto tra gli altri i patrocini da: ministero per i <strong>Beni<\/strong> e le <strong>Attivit\u00e0 Culturali<\/strong>, <strong>Regione Lazio<\/strong>, <strong>Comune di Roma<\/strong>, <strong>CNR<\/strong>, <strong>CINECA<\/strong>, <strong>Universit\u00e0 Sapienza di Roma<\/strong>, <strong>AGIT<\/strong>, <strong>AMFM<\/strong>, <strong>Centro Conservazione<\/strong> <strong>Restauro Venaria Reale<\/strong>, <strong>ASITA<\/strong>, <strong>Associazione Italiana Insegnanti di Topografia<\/strong>, <strong>Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma<\/strong>, <strong>Collegio Provinciale dei Geometri di Roma<\/strong>, <strong>NITEL<\/strong>, <strong>Societ\u00e0 Geografica Italiana<\/strong>, <strong>Italia<\/strong> <strong>Nostra<\/strong>, <strong>MIMOS<\/strong>, <strong>INST<\/strong>, <strong>GbTimes<\/strong>, <strong>GEOWEB<\/strong>, <strong>Cinitalia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un sms avviser\u00e0 la popolazione civile sui rischi per le calamit\u00e0 naturali.
