MEPS<\/strong>, sull&#8217;<strong>engineering model <\/strong>del <a href=\"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/cira-partito-il-collaudo-del-simulatore-spaziale-msvc\">propulsore elettrico HT100 ad effetto Hall<\/a> sviluppato da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sitael.com\/\">SITAEL SpA.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>MEPS<\/strong> \u00e8 un <strong>programma finanziato<\/strong> dall&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.esa.int\/\">European Space Agency &#8211; ESA<\/a> e dall&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.space.gov.il\/en\">Agenzia Spaziale Israeliana &#8211; ISA<\/a>, finalizzato alla <strong>qualifica di un sistema di propulsione a basso costo <\/strong>basato su un <strong>propulsore a bassa potenza<\/strong> ad <strong>effetto Hall<\/strong>, con <strong>livello di potenza nominale 200 W<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIl sistema \u00e8 costituito da un doppio sottosistema propulsore\/catodo, un&#8217;unit\u00e0 di alimentazione e controllo, un gruppo di gestione del propellente, linee di alimentazione e un serbatoio per lo Xenon ed \u00e8 concepito come un sistema plug and play che pu\u00f2 essere facilmente installato su differenti piccole piattaforme spaziali a basso costo<\/em> \u2013 si legge nella nota diffusa dal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cira.it\/\">CIRA<\/a> -. <em>L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 di fornire una risposta rapida ed efficace alle esigenze del mercato, in cui le piattaforme di piccole dimensioni possono beneficiare di un sistema di propulsione economico e di massa ridotta\u201d.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fornendo una <strong>soluzione efficace per la compensazione della resistenza<\/strong>, per il <strong>mantenimento<\/strong> dell&#8217;<strong>orbita<\/strong>, per il <strong>deorbiting di fine vita <\/strong>dei <strong>satelliti in Low Earth Orbit &#8211;
