{"id":9012,"date":"2020-07-27T04:33:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-27T03:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=9012"},"modified":"2020-07-26T09:24:46","modified_gmt":"2020-07-26T08:24:46","slug":"accordo-oma-entrate-per-il-regime-di-tassazione-agevolata-patent-box","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=9012","title":{"rendered":"ACCORDO OMA \u2013 ENTRATE PER IL REGIME DI TASSAZIONE AGEVOLATA \u201cPATENT BOX\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/umbria.agenziaentrate.it\/\">Agenzia delle Entrate \u2013 Direzione Regionale dell\u2019Umbria<\/a> ha firmato, con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omafoligno.it\/new\/il-capo-di-stato-maggiore-dellaeronautica-militare-ritira-il-primo-t-260b-revisionato-in-oma\">OMA &#8211; Officine Meccaniche Aeronautiche SpA<\/a>, l\u2019<strong>accordo preventivo <\/strong>per la determinazione del <strong>contributo economico alla produzione del reddito d\u2019impresa<\/strong> derivante dall\u2019<strong>utilizzo dei beni immateriali<\/strong> per cui era stata esercitata l\u2019opzione per il <strong>regime di tassazione agevolata<\/strong>, il cosiddetto \u201c<strong>Patent Box<\/strong>\u201d, con riferimento agli anni di <strong>imposta 2016<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tale <strong>regime opzionale di agevolazione fiscale<\/strong>, introdotto dallo <strong>Stato Italiano<\/strong> con la <strong>Legge di stabilit\u00e0 2015<\/strong>, prevede l\u2019<strong>esclusione dalla tassazione <\/strong>di una quota del reddito derivante dall\u2019<strong>utilizzo diretto <\/strong>ed <strong>indiretto<\/strong> di <strong>beni immateriali<\/strong> quali <strong>brevetti<\/strong>, <strong>marchi<\/strong>, <strong>software<\/strong>, <strong>know-how,<\/strong> <strong>disegni<\/strong> e <strong>modelli<\/strong>. L\u2019esenzione \u00e8 pari al <strong>40% per l\u2019annualit\u00e0 2016<\/strong> ed al <strong>50% per le annualit\u00e0 2017<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;\u201cL\u2019azienda OMA ritiene di aver raggiunto un ulteriore riconoscimento derivante dal costante investimento in attivit\u00e0 di ricerca e sviluppo quale differenziale necessario per prevalere su una concorrenza sempre pi\u00f9 agguerrita<\/em> &#8211; si legge nella nota stampa a firma <strong>Umberto Nazzareno Tonti<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omafoligno.it\/\">presidente di OMA SpA<\/a> -. <em>Il regime premiale, ottenuto attraverso il protocollo sottoscritto con L\u2019Agenzia delle Entrate, conferma che la ricerca e sviluppo sono fondamentali componenti positive di reddito. Questo contesto crea nuova linfa e stimolo a proseguire su un percorso difficile, ma l\u2019unico che pu\u00f2 garantire un futuro\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il modello di calcolo condiviso con l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/umbria.agenziaentrate.it\/\">Agenzia delle Entrate<\/a> per l\u2019<strong>esercizio<\/strong> <strong>2016<\/strong> sar\u00e0 utilizzato per la determinazione del <strong>beneficio fiscale<\/strong> per gli <strong>anni<\/strong> <strong>2017<\/strong>, <strong>2018<\/strong> e <strong>2019<\/strong> che al momento \u00e8 in corso di effettuazione mentre la quantificazione del beneficio relativo all\u2019anno 2020 avverr\u00e0 in sede di redazione del relativo <strong>Bilancio di Esercizio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>F.
