{"id":9246,"date":"2020-10-19T04:08:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-19T03:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=9246"},"modified":"2020-10-19T06:19:20","modified_gmt":"2020-10-19T05:19:20","slug":"enav-leonardo-efficientare-impiego-elicotteri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=9246","title":{"rendered":"ACCORDO ENAV-LEONARDO PER EFFICIENTARE L&#8217;IMPIEGO DEGLI ELICOTTERI NEGLI SPAZI AEREI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>&#8220;<\/strong><em>Modernizzare<\/em><em> e rendere pi\u00f9 sicuro, efficiente e sostenibile l\u2019impiego degli elicotteri e l\u2019utilizzo dello spazio aereo sfruttando le pi\u00f9 avanzate tecnologie dedicate alla <\/em><em>navigazione<\/em><strong>&#8220;<\/strong>. \u00c8 questo l&#8217;obiettivo della <strong>Lettera d\u2019Intenti<\/strong> firmata tra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enav.it\/sites\/public\/it\/Home.html\">ENAV<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/it\/press-release-detail\/-\/detail\/06-10-2020-leonardo-and-enav-join-forces-to-develop-innovative-solutions-for-a-more-efficient-use-of-helicopters-in-the-civil-air-space?f=%2Fmedia-stories\">Leonardo<\/a>, che avvia una collaborazione finalizzata ad offrire agli <strong>operatori di elicotteri<\/strong> prodotti e servizi nel campo della <strong>navigazione strumentale<\/strong> <strong>avanzata<\/strong> contribuendo a <strong>rinnovare anche le infrastrutture collegate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2018\u2019Siamo particolarmente orgogliosi di questa intesa che dimostra la capacit\u00e0 dell\u2019industria aeronautica nel fare sistema e creare sinergie al fine di garantire la crescita del settore, contribuendo a modernizzare i sistemi per rendere il volo sempre pi\u00f9 efficiente e sicuro<\/em> &#8211;\u00a0 ha spiegato <strong>Paolo Simioni<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enav.it\/sites\/public\/it\/Home.html\">Amministratore Delegato di ENAV<\/a> -. <em>Lo spazio aereo \u00e8 una infrastruttura fondamentale per la crescita economica italiana ed internazionale. Per tale ragione stiamo investendo in innovazioni tecnologiche che siano anche sostenibili da un punto di vista ambientale\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di una collaborazione all\u2019insegna dell\u2019<strong>innovazione<\/strong> e che, attraverso la <strong>Lettera d\u2019Intenti<\/strong>, unisce le capacit\u00e0 industriali di <strong>Leonardo<\/strong> <strong>nella progettazione<\/strong>, <strong>industrializzazione<\/strong>, <strong>fornitura<\/strong> e <strong>supporto di elicotteri<\/strong> e l\u2019expertise dell\u2019ANSP italiano nello <strong>sviluppo<\/strong> e <strong>gestione<\/strong> dello <strong>spazio aereo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accordo consentir\u00e0 ai due partner di definire e <strong>fornire soluzioni integrate<\/strong> a <strong>operatori privati<\/strong> e <strong>istituzionali<\/strong> in <strong>Italia<\/strong> e all\u2019<strong>estero<\/strong>, dando vita a un\u2019iniziativa unica oggi a livello internazionale, contribuendo anche agli obiettivi del Paese in termini <strong>sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong>, <strong>digitalizzazione<\/strong> e <strong>sicurezza<\/strong> <strong>delle infrastrutture critiche italiane<\/strong>, di cui entrambe i partner sono <strong>stakeholder<\/strong> fondamentali.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Attualmente, infatti, le <strong>infrastrutture a<\/strong> <strong>servizio della navigazione aerea<\/strong>, in particolare le <strong>procedure di volo<\/strong> e la <strong>definizione degli spazi aerei<\/strong>, sono concepite e realizzate per supportare principalmente le operazioni di <strong>velivoli ad ala fissa<\/strong>, limitando le <strong>potenzialit\u00e0<\/strong> e la <strong>versatilit\u00e0<\/strong> nello <strong>spostamento<\/strong> offerte dall\u2019<strong>ala rotante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Gli elicotteri, proprio per loro caratteristiche intrinseche, hanno grande flessibilit\u00e0 e un maggior grado di libert\u00e0 di manovra rappresentato, tra l\u2019altro, dalla <strong>capacit\u00e0 di decollo<\/strong> e <strong>atterraggio<\/strong> <strong>verticale<\/strong> e dal <strong>volo stazionario<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gli elevati standard certificativi degli elicotteri di Leonardo, con i loro sistemi ed equipaggiamenti avanzati, rendono gi\u00e0 oggi possibile lo sviluppo e l\u2019uso di procedure di volo conformi ai moderni requisiti della <strong>Performance Based Navigation &#8211; PBN<\/strong> a supporto delle diverse <strong>fasi del volo<\/strong> ed ENAV, gi\u00e0 da anni, lavora nella progettazione di <strong>procedure PBN<\/strong> sia su <strong>ala fissa<\/strong> che su <strong>ala rotante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le procedure di volo PBN, implementate tramite la <strong>navigazione satellitare avanzata<\/strong>, contribuiscono in modo significativo all\u2019<strong>ottimizzazione dell\u2019uso dello spazio aereo<\/strong>.
