{"id":9437,"date":"2020-12-23T04:36:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-23T03:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=9437"},"modified":"2020-12-13T18:42:37","modified_gmt":"2020-12-13T17:42:37","slug":"d-flight-potenziata-la-safety-con-le-nuove-funzionalita-per-le-operazioni-con-i-droni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=9437","title":{"rendered":"D-FLIGHT: POTENZIATA LA SAFETY CON LE NUOVE FUNZIONALIT\u00c0 PER LE OPERAZIONI CON I DRONI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nelle scorse settimane <a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-flight.it\/\">D-flight<\/a>, la societ\u00e0 del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enav.it\/\">gruppo Enav<\/a> partecipata da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Leonardo SpA<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telespazio.com\/it\/home\">Telespazio SpA<\/a> responsabile per la <strong>gestione del traffico aereo a bassa quota<\/strong> (ndr. noto anche come <strong>U-Space<\/strong>) dei<strong> droni<\/strong>, ha reso disponibile, sul proprio portale: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-flight.it\">https:\/\/www.d-flight.it<\/a>, le nuove funzionalit\u00e0 che consentono agli <strong>Operatori <\/strong>di inserire <strong>la pianificazione delle missioni specializzate <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/tag\/visual-line-of-sight-vlos\">Visual Line of Sight &#8211; VLOS<\/a> e <strong>Beyond Visual line of Sight<\/strong><strong> &#8211; BVLOS<\/strong>, secondo le modalit\u00e0 descritte dalle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enac.gov.it\/la-normativa\/normativa-enac\/linee-guida\/lg-2020001-nav\">linee guida pubblicate da ENAC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Il portale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-flight.it\/\">D-flight<\/a> permette ora agli <strong>Operatori di droni<\/strong> <strong>non specializzati <\/strong>di manifestare la presenza sul campo di attivit\u00e0 di <strong>volo VLOS non critico<\/strong>, <strong>categoria \u201cOPEN\u201d<\/strong>, attivando la funzionalit\u00e0 <strong>Drone Operation Area &#8211; DOA<\/strong>, nel rispetto delle riserve di spazio aereo note. Inoltre garantisce agli <strong>Operatori<\/strong> <strong>specializzati<\/strong> di manifestare l\u2019intento di volo per <strong>operazioni specializzate critiche<\/strong>, attivando la <strong>funzionalit\u00e0 Drone Operation Plan &#8211; DOP<\/strong>. Quest\u2019ultima comporta, tra l\u2019altro, la validazione a sistema della pianificazione rispetto ad alcuni <strong>vincoli geo-spaziali<\/strong> e <strong>normativi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La stessa pianificazione, nel pieno <strong>rispetto della privacy<\/strong>, sar\u00e0 consultabile tramite il <a href=\"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/tag\/droni-d-flight\">portale D-Flight<\/a> dagli altri utenti dello <strong>spazio aereo<\/strong> che, per <strong>esigenze operative,<\/strong> hanno la necessit\u00e0 di operare in aree attigue alla corrispondente finestra spazio-temporale.<\/p>\n<p>Gli operatori potranno anche attivare da<strong> web-app<\/strong> la <strong>funzionalit\u00e0 di \u201ctracking\u201d<\/strong>, con cui sar\u00e0 possibile <strong>rendere visibile la posizione del pilota\/operatore all\u2019interno dell\u2019area<\/strong> interessata dalle operazioni di volo. La <strong>funzionalit\u00e0 di tracking<\/strong> sar\u00e0 presto disponibile su <strong>App mobile<\/strong> per dispositivi <strong>Android<\/strong> e <strong>iOS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-flight.it\/new_portal\/2020\/11\/16\/su-d-flight-funzioni-di-pianificazione-delle-operazioni-specializzate-vlos-e-bvlos-e-nuova-guida-interattiva\/\">D-Flight<\/a>, in collaborazione con <a href=\"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/tag\/enav-spa\">ENAV SpA<\/a>, nei prossimi giorni dovrebbe, secondo quanto comunicato dalla societ\u00e0, dare l\u2019avvio al <strong>primo centro di coordinamento operativo e di interfaccia UAS<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Aviazione tradizionale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie a questa iniziativa, gli <strong>utenti dello spazio aereo,<\/strong> come <strong>piloti<\/strong>, <strong>operatori<\/strong> <strong>HEMS<\/strong> e <strong>Istituzioni<\/strong>, potranno, su richiesta, ricevere i privilegi per <strong>visualizzare le attivit\u00e0 in corso<\/strong> o prossime all\u2019attivazione, con le relative <strong>informazioni di dettaglio<\/strong>.
