{"id":7433,"date":"2019-12-13T01:08:49","date_gmt":"2019-12-13T00:08:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=7433"},"modified":"2020-06-22T15:26:16","modified_gmt":"2020-06-22T14:26:16","slug":"risk-fighting-3-0-workshop-su-analisi-inconvenienti-di-volo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=7433","title":{"rendered":"RISK FIGHTING 3.0: WORKSHOP SU ANALISI INCONVENIENTI DI VOLO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lo scorso <strong>28 novembre<\/strong>, presso il <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeronautica.difesa.it\">Reparto Sistemi Informativi Automatizzati &#8211; ReSIA<\/a> dell\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeronautica.difesa.it\">Aeronautica Militare &#8211; AMI<\/a>, si \u00e8 tenuto il <strong>Workshop<\/strong> sul <strong>sistema di segnalazione e analisi inconvenienti di volo<\/strong>, denominato <strong>Risk <\/strong><strong>Fighting 3.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All\u2019evento, condotto dal <strong>team di sviluppo del ReSIA<\/strong>, ha partecipato il personale dell\u2019Ispettorato per la Sicurezza del Volo &#8211; ISVe dell\u2019Istituto Superiore per la Sicurezza del Volo &#8211; ISSV, oltre a numerosi rappresentanti delle articolazioni interessate degli <strong>Alti Comandi<\/strong> e dei <strong>Reparti di Volo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>La nuova versione del sistema, che entrer\u00e0 in servizio all\u2019inizio del prossimo anno, oltre a un&#8217;interfaccia utente rinnovata, costituir\u00e0 uno strumento di lavoro a livello centrale e periferico molto flessibile in grado di presentare e analizzare i dati relativi agli inconvenienti di volo in diverse forme, di georeferenziarne i risultati e generare statistiche sia predefinite che personalizzate<\/em> \u2013 si legge nella nota diffusa dall\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeronautica.difesa.it\">AMI<\/a> -. <em>\u00c8 una capacit\u00e0 che consente un passo avanti verso una Sicurezza del Volo 4.0 dove la prevenzione, oltre che reattiva e proattiva, diventi sempre pi\u00f9 predittiva per anticipare potenziali rischi prima che questi manifestino i loro effetti\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>ReSIA<\/strong>, peraltro, ha posto il <strong>progetto<\/strong> <em><strong>Risk Fighting 3.0<\/strong><\/em> al centro di un \u201c<em><strong>Laboratorio Tecnico di Studio e Sviluppo<\/strong><\/em><em>\u201d <\/em>nel quale sono state implementate <strong>tecniche<\/strong> e <strong>metodologie<\/strong> di sviluppo moderne e allo stato dell\u2019arte, che saranno adottate anche per la realizzazione di capacit\u00e0 future verso un\u2019<strong>Aeronautica Militare 4.0<\/strong>. L\u2019<strong>AMI<\/strong> pone infatti la <strong>sicurezza<\/strong> delle <strong>attivit\u00e0 di volo<\/strong> in priorit\u00e0, dedicandovi un <strong>Ispettorato<\/strong> che elabora le <strong>norme<\/strong> concernenti la <strong>prevenzione<\/strong> e l\u2019<strong>investigazione<\/strong> <strong>degli inconvenienti<\/strong> e <strong>incidenti di volo<\/strong>, nonch\u00e9 un <strong>Istituto superiore<\/strong> che si occupa della <strong>formazione<\/strong> di settore e della diffusione della <strong>cultura<\/strong> sia nelle <strong>Forze<\/strong> <strong>Armate<\/strong> che presso altri <strong>Corpi <\/strong>e <strong>Agenzie dello Stato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Queste attivit\u00e0 sono condotte in sinergia con le altre componenti della <strong>Forza Armata<\/strong>, come in questo caso con il <strong>ReSIA<\/strong>, che si occupa della gestione dei sistemi e delle <strong>reti telematiche non classificate<\/strong>, garantendone al contempo la <strong>Cy<\/strong><strong>ber<\/strong><strong> Defence<\/strong>, e provvedendo all\u2019addestramento basico del personale nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019<strong>Inf<\/strong><strong>ormation<\/strong><strong> &amp;
