In che modo le autorit\u00e0 di regolamentazione possono identificare e confrontare i costi della sicurezza informatica dagli altri costi operativi sostenuti dagli operatori?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>linee guida<\/strong> sono il frutto di un\u2019esperienza decennale del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ircres.cnr.it\/index.php\/it\/\">Cnr-Ircres<\/a> nello studio dell&#8217;<strong>economia del sistema energetico<\/strong> che recentemente ha anche avviato un focus sul <strong>tema specifico della sicurezza informatica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In particolare, il <a href=\"http:\/\/essence.ceris.cnr.it\/\">progetto Essence &#8211;
