{"id":8901,"date":"2020-07-01T04:01:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-01T03:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=8901"},"modified":"2020-07-04T07:51:43","modified_gmt":"2020-07-04T06:51:43","slug":"leonardo-si-riorganizza-e-a-lucio-valerio-cioffi-viene-affidata-la-direzione-generale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spazio-news.it\/?p=8901","title":{"rendered":"LEONARDO SI RIORGANIZZA E A CIOFFI VIENE AFFIDATA LA DIREZIONE GENERALE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Leonardo SpA<\/a> ha <strong>approvato<\/strong> la costituzione di una \u201c<strong>Direzione Generale\u201d<\/strong> a diretto riporto dell\u2019<strong>Amministratore Delegato<\/strong> a partire dal prossimo <strong>1 settembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCon questa riorganizzazione, l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/it\/press-release-detail\/-\/detail\/25-06-2020-leonardo-press-release\">ex Finmeccanica<\/a> si propone di fare fronte al nuovo contesto di mercato caratterizzato dagli impatti del COVID-19, nonch\u00e9 dalle opportunit\u00e0 offerte dall\u2019utilizzo duale delle tecnologie generate da questa emergenza <\/em>\u2013 si legge nella nota diffusa dall\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/it\/press-release-detail\/-\/detail\/25-06-2020-leonardo-press-release\">Azienda<\/a> -.<em> Con questo nuovo assetto, Leonardo intende accelerare la nuova fase di realizzazione del Piano Strategico aumentando la flessibilit\u00e0 e l\u2019agilit\u00e0 per essere ancora pi\u00f9 competitivi nell\u2019affrontare le nuove sfide che si presenteranno\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Per realizzare tali obiettivi, la <strong>Direzione Generale<\/strong> \u00e8 stata affidata a <strong>Lucio Valerio Cioffi<\/strong>, attuale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Responsabile della Divisione Velivoli<\/a>, che avr\u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e0 di <strong>gestire<\/strong> e <strong>coordinare<\/strong> le <strong>attivit\u00e0 delle seguenti strutture<\/strong> organizzative:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Divisione Velivoli<\/a>, affidata a <strong>Marco Zoff<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Divisione Aerostrutture<\/a> affidata a <strong>Giancarlo Schisano<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Chief Procurement &amp; Supply Chain Officer<\/a> la cui responsabilit\u00e0 sar\u00e0 <strong>successivamente assegnata<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Chief Commercial Officer &#8211; CCO<\/a> affidata a <strong>Pasquale Di Bartolomeo<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Customer Support, Services &amp; Training<\/a>, precedentemente incorporata nell\u2019ambito di responsabilit\u00e0 del CCO, la cui responsabilit\u00e0 sar\u00e0 <strong>successivamente assegnata<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Unmanned Systems<\/a> affidata a <strong>Laurent Sissmann<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Ottimizzazione della Produzione e della Gestione Programmi<\/a> affidata a <strong>Fabio Barsotti<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alla <strong>Direzione Generale<\/strong> faranno riferimento le attivit\u00e0 della controllata <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">Leonardo Global Solutions SpA<\/a> e a diretto riporto di <strong>Cioffi<\/strong> viene costituita la nuova struttura organizzativa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leonardocompany.com\/\">New Business Development &amp; Country Support<\/a>, la cui responsabilit\u00e0 sar\u00e0 <strong>successivamente assegnata<\/strong>, che si occuper\u00e0 di <strong>gestire e sviluppare il business<\/strong> delle <strong>nuove iniziative del Piano Strategico<\/strong>. La <strong>nuova struttura organizzativa<\/strong> dovr\u00e0 inoltre <strong>assicurare<\/strong> la <strong>coerenza<\/strong> delle <strong>attivit\u00e0<\/strong> Leonardo con il <strong>programma Nazionale<\/strong> \u201c<strong>Progettiamo il Rilancio<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dal <strong>1 settembre<\/strong>, inoltre, <strong>Lorenzo Mariani<\/strong> assumer\u00e0 l\u2019incarico di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mbda-systems.com\/\">Amministratore Delegato di MBDA Italia<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mbda-systems.com\/\">Executive Group Director Sales &amp;
